Since 1975, Food Just Right.

In the beginning, we created our bagel; hand rolled, boiled and baked, the old-fashioned way, right in our own kitchen. It’s the best way to make bagels, and it’s still the way we do it today – every day. We’re famous for these light, airy bagels that are loaded with flavor. Since 1975, we’ve been making them at this same location in the heart of Beverly Hills.

We began as a neighborhood delicatessen, a place for people to meet and talk and nosh. We’re still that but over the years we’ve grown. We’re now open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and our menu is larger too with the addition of original and delectable bakery items and café/diner-inspired dishes. And like our bagels, we make it all right here in our own kitchen, every day. 

We also bring our food to the neighborhood. We deliver and cater to area businesses and residents, making meetings and family get-togethers a little easier to organize and a lot more delicious. We’ll custom design a menu just for you and we’ll make sure your food arrives exactly as it should.

Knead Bagels?

Every day before dawn our coffee-sipping bakers begin the process of creating the perfect bagel. They start with the finest wholesome ingredients (of course) and, with unrivaled skill and artistry, transform their mix into a magical dough. This dough is then hand-rolled into delightful little bagels-in-training that are ever-so-gently lowered into a vat of boiling water. From there, our bakers load the now grownup bagels into our rotating hearth oven where just the right measure of heat and moisture complete their journey to deliciousness.

Every day we make: 

Plain, Sesame, Poppy, Cinnamon Raisin, Onion, Garlic, Everything, Rye, Pumpernickel. Egg, Blueberry, Whole Wheat, Sea Salt, Cheddar Cheese 

 In addition to our freshly made bagels we whip our own cream cheese on premises.
